The Better Schools Partnership™ (BSP™) solution model includes components that focus on organizational renewal.

There are three BSP™ solution components for organizational renewal:

1. The Service Quality System component improves service capacity and service quality.
   
   
2. The Information Systems and Technology component improves management's ability to build a better level of consensus and make faster, better decisions that help avoid costs and maximize investment returns.
   
   
3. The Communications and Awareness component helps market the successes of Facilities Management internally and externally. This serves to increase the leverage of facilities as a strategic asset, thereby improving the learning environment and the competitiveness of the board.
